All Sales are Final! Customers can not return purchases. We gladly replace defective items. In order to return defective items, a material return authorization (MRA) number must be obtained prior to returning defective merchandise.
The MRA number must be printed on the outside of the box being returned. Any returns without an MRA number will be refused and returned to sender.
